Fridge freezer issue!

When our old American Fridge Freezer died (at 20 years old), we got a new one from Currys. Won't normally use them but we knew what model we wanted and they had it in stock at a reasonable price. For about £30 they took away the old one to "recycle" it, although the guys who took it said they just sell them for scrap metal. Still bought a tear to my eye when they removed the doors with a crowbar to get it out of the house!
