No response from Octopus

Have written to CEO of Octopus with a serious complaint affecting my 95 year old husband’s health with stress. We bought a cottage 2 years ago and has been uninhabitable with water and electricity shut off and received a bill from them over £5,000. Several letters to Octopus and their CEO and no reply. Asked for an engineer to visit and help with this outrageous situation. No response. Just sent another letter. Meanwhile, being chased by debt collectors.
