Hi, so attached is three documents of Claim forms. Two of them are dated 19th of March. Of which both are dated 19th of March and upon checking on the MCOL website a judgement has been made against me on the 11th of April. For BOTH. For these two I have neither made the AOS or a defence as again. I found out too late. The third one is dated the 4th of April and I have today made an AOS and not a defence YET!
I am still reading the forum regarding to creating a defence. It seems a little daunting and difficult to read and understand for me but I am reading and studying at the moment.I would request Some advice for the first two dated 19th as a jusdment has been made against me. I would like to of course retract thisjudgement0 -
OK start a new thread solely for the one that's over a grand because you are going to have HCEOs knocking any day now for that. Hide your car in a garage to stop HCEOs clamping it. Not round the corner.
DCB will trace your new address and they'll be getting a High Court Writ for that one.
Luckily you can apply AT YOUR LOCAL COURT to stay the Writ for £14 or £15. Read these threads:

Start an URGENT thread for that one.
The other CCJ is not such a danger (no bailiff will come) and it depends on if it's more than 30 days since judgment date. If NOT you can pay in full & wipe it. If over 30 days, DON'T.
If you want to fight that smaller one as well (on principle), also don't pay it off but be aware that you will get a CCJ ruining your credit (and it would need another application - costing £313) so maybe you need to pick your battles.
Two out of three ain't bad, as the mighty Meatloaf used to sing!
P.S. are you SURE there are no more historical PCNs that could bite you like this? You need to collect your post weekly just in case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, thanks for coming back to me. You have now bloody scared me so much, goodness. My car is very far from the previous address as I’ve moved far away. If I put on a private reg on that car , Do you think they will know that vehicle and the new Reg?
Moreover, the CCG judgement was issued on the 8th of April so it’s been almost a month but not yet.I am on low income, so I believe I can get a discount to fight this in court, in your advice is it worth it to fight or just to pay approximately £270 to get rid of this CCJ0 -
My car is very far from the previous address as I’ve moved far away. They'll trace you though. They will come.If I put on a private reg on that car , Do you think they will know that vehicle and the new Reg?That will work , as long as it's not on the drive of your property that they trace you to.
If you get help with fees, I'd fight all three.
The big one is the cheapest application, oddly, because you are applying AT YOUR LOCAL COURT to 'stay the High Court Writ' and that only costs £14 or £15.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
