Dalhousie105 said:Hello everyone,
I have received a "Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track"
Enclosed is a "Small Claims Directions Questionnaire" (Form N180)
It says I must submit to the court office in Northampton and also "serve copies to all other parties"
Does this mean I must photocopy this questionnaire and also send a copy to the Parking Group Ltd?
Thanks

Hi, Small claims track questionnaire sent off 3 weeks ago. Today I have had a missed call from DCB Legal. I assume I ignore this?0
-
Ignore DCB Legal and block their number. All correspondence in writing only.
They'll follow the usual process and discontinue after the court arranged mediation call (where you offer them £0). DCB Legal calling you is not that call
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:

Today 30th October I have received a "General Form of Judgement or Order" form stating that I have not filed the Directions Questionnaire with the CNBC. It says I must do this within 7 days from the date of this letter (letter dated 26th October) I have sent the questionnaire (I have an automated response email from DQ.CNBC dated 22nd September) It is now Thursday with tomorrow being the last working day before the Sunday deadline. Any advice?
Thanks1 -
Just so i'm clear I send the questionnaire via email on 22nd September and received an email confirmation the same day.2
-
Email it again, ASAP, as a pdf attachment to the correct DQ email address as seen in the 8 steps, checking for the auto response email back, mark the email URGENT , REF NO 123456789, changing the numbers to your own claim reference number, add the same to the body of the email, stating that the original was sent on 22nd September and you have the email auto responses saved
Nb, this happens a lot, their problem to fix, but until they log it in your MCOL claim history you will have to hammer away at it, don't think, don't mull it over, just do ! Once, twice, ten times if you have to

Hello everyone
Quick recap:
- I submitted my defense 22nd September 2025 (I have automated response from DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk confirming receipt)- 30th October 2025 I received a letter saying I had not submitted it and was asked to submit it.
- I called and explained I had sent it - they had no record despite them sending me email confirmation. I was asked to send again.
- 30th October 2025 - emailed again and had another automated response from DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk confirming receipt.
- Today 5/1/26 I have received a "Judgement for Claimant (in default)" letter saiying I never replied to the claim form and a judgement has been made against me. It states I owe £198.80 for debt and £110 for costs totalling £299.80
- Letter also states that "details of this judgement will be passed to credit reference agencies and that this will make it difficult for me to get credit." Obviously this is grossly unfair. It says I can pay to ask for this judghement to be set aside but it is up to the judge. Following the link in the letter it is suggesting to ask for the judgement to be set aside will cost £313. This is getting out of control. Will I get this money back as I can prove I submitted the form twice?
Please advise

What does your MCOL history say?
Did you ever receive the Allocation Questionanaire?2 -
Complain about it direct to HMCTS ASAP
Your problem has been caused because of their failures in dealing with DQ emails, but you should have been checking your MCOL claim history if you have access to it, to ensure that it had been logged
Send it again with the claim reference and URGENT, UNPROCESSED DOCUMENTS to claims progression as seen in the defence template thread, first post
