hi was wondering if someone can help me with an unlawful ticket to dispute it but not sure if I have left to long, there’s a few cases of this place in the local paper and so on,people stopping for 40 seconds to put rubbish in a bin an getting fined and stuff like that, the signs are low down an I had pulled up for a sec to tell the dog to sit down then I seen the low down sign drove to it read it and moved its litterally just a road to shops at springfields retail park, they are now asking for, amount claimed £169.52,,,,court fee £35,,,legal representatives costs £50.00,is there any way out of this or do I need to pay the £254,it wasn’t payed because of the crafty way In which they did it it’s clearly done just to make money off people,,if there is any pictures or anything I need to add please let me know as I really don’t want to pay this out of principle and the way and which they did it,the pic they sent was either me reading the sign for seconds or turning round in gym entry to leave m,thanks in advance

- the Claim Form. Cover your data, the VRM, the Claim no top right (but not the date) and the MCOL Password (lower right)
- the PCN posted to you at first (redacted)
- the pic they sent of your car (cover VRM).

But you can log in and see the pictures, as I said. Please show them.
I'm a lady by the way!
In a thread a year ago about this location, the poster said "it’s Springfields retail park which they say is in Stoke on Trent. But it’s actually Newcastle under Lyme."
