Interesting.. is this for their cash ISA or the Open Access ISA? On their website, they outline cash ISA = interest paid monthly, Open Access ISA interest paid annually:

As you say, looks to be just their cash ISA.

So does that mean you can withdraw the interest three times a year or every four months without impacting the interest rate?

Not quite a quarterly pay-out but another possible for generating income.
