Tembo Cash ISA

Hi. Anyone here had a problem funding a new Tembo Cash ISA by transfer in? It's been 2 weeks now since the start date that they gave me. Initially they said that it was either my fault as I had given them an incorrect date of birth or the existing provider having incorrect infirmation - not so. It is no longer possible to get a response from their chat app and they don't answer their phones. Tembo was recommended by mse but it would seem that their '5* customer service' was not verified.

They've temporarily stopped transfers in as well, either that's a really good thing in that they are having problems like the above and have paused things to clear a backlog - or it's a really bad thing that they are in trouble.0

I noticed in the app this morning that transfers in are active again, so I initiated one, which is now showing in the app as Transfer in progress. I'll post an update once it's showing as completed.0

Transfers in are open again at Tembo. My first transfer-in got processed within a couple of working days before the temporary pause, and I just put a second transfer request in today. They just list them by rate. We use the information at our own risk.
