Trading 212 'Invalid Credentials'

I keep trying to create an account with Trading 212 so i can put money in a cash ISA for 24-25. I follow their login rules but keep getting 'Invalid Credentials' and get no further. Has anyone else found this? They don't reply to emails (2 sent so far). Maybe this should be a warning sign...

T212's fine for me; can you be clearer? Is this whilst you're setting up an account e.g., when scanning your passport or after you've setup the account and then the problem is when you try to login? Someone in another thread said they were having problems scanning their documents.

Usually the first thing to do is try to setup the account on another device.

I fell at the first hurdle, trying to create an account with Trading 212. All I did was type in my email address and the password I chose (which was within their rules). At that point I got the message invalid credentials' so I didn't even get as far as the passport bit. 
But OK, I'll try doing it on my phone.

Check if there is a space at the end of your email. 
When signing up to a new account on a website, if I select my email from list presented by my browser (Safari) a space sometimes added. Haven't worked out why yet.....

No reply to either of my 2 emails.
I'll give them a miss, I think.

You're too late for 24/25. We're now in 25/26

Try a different password. Sometimes these systems don’t let you use a particular character in a password.

I've tried many passwords, even the gobbledigook one Trading 212 suggested. Probably should forget Trading212.
