Scs sofas manufacturers defect

Just looking for a bit of advice so i brought 3 3 seater leather sofas in 2021 and were delivered end of 2021, around the beginning of 2023 i notice were you sit on the side of the cushion they used vinyl leather so the vinyl started breaking. I rang scs and they told me to speak to castalan as your still under gurentee so…

If I've understood correctly you've been offered £800 back and allowed to keep three sofas that cost you £2000 over three years ago and you think you've been treated unfairly.

I think you need to adjust your expectations. On the face of it, that looks like a good offer.

If you don't like it, give the sofas back and use the £1200 towards replacements. That's a pretty good offer, too.
