I can also vouch for Simplyhealth. They have 6 levels of cover to select from and costing between £13.50 & £108.20 a month. The annual limit you can claim varies depending on the level you choose. They pay 50% of the cost of dental treatment up to your annual limit.
More on how SimplyHealth works for anyone else interested: the patient insures direct with Simply Health, I pay monthly by DD. You pay the dentist direct and then upload the receipt to Simply Health via their app (very clear and easy to use). They usually pay you within 24 hours, the App also has details of your entitlement and what is remaining for the policy year.
