Hi, just a little update.
I messaged Shawbrook and they said as long as I left £1,000 in my ISA account I could do an ISA transfer.  Last night I opened a new ISA with VIDA to open with the transfer from Shawbrook.  ISA is open and I have received my log in details for that, will let you know how the transfer goes.

I also opened a Ford Money ISA with a small ISA transfer from the Paragon.  Account is open, log in details received, email to say they have requested the transfer and have just had an email from the Paragon to say they had received the request.  So far I am very impressed with Ford Money.

My part ISA transfer from Shawbrook to Vida is being processed.  Opened Vida account Monday evening and email from Shawbrook early this morning.
