Funding a new T212 S&S ISA with a T212 cash ISA

I have a small T212 cash ISA. I need to rebalance my total investments due to the recent reduction in value of the total S&S part and now seems as good a time as any to buy lower priced S&S.

I want to use the money in the cash ISA to fund a first purchase in a T212 S&S ISA. How do I go about this? Obviously I want to keep the cash in the ISA wrapper. I assume it will be a fairly quick process.

I have opened the T212 S&S ISA, selected an global tracker ETF that I want to buy, and have been told to review a W-8BEN form which I have to sign and submit. I take it this is standard practice.

Yes, a W-8BEN is normal with all brokers offering US listed shares/securities.

Just transfer the cash across: look in the menu (three lines) and find "move funds." You should be able to transfer the money directly from the cash Isa to the S&S Isa. It all counts as the same Isa 'pot' with T212 so it doesn't affect your annual allowance.
