Gatehouse email two different versions.

Hello.
I opened a Gatehouse isa on the 15 of April STILL TO FUND but was told on my welcome email l had up to 30 days to fund the account  with the rate l applied  for before it will close.

Today l received  another email but it said if l don't fund the account  from 14 days of opening (15 April)  that if the rate drops that will be what l get.

Is this normal for them?

I can't read them at the moment due to having medication drops in eyes.

But hopefully  will be able by Friday or Saturday.
