    That is amusing: they state £35:00 costs for claiming £0.00.

    Just get on to CL quickly as the application to strike out needs to be done straight away.

    That claim is a mistake by Gladstones and needs a strike out (which will cost them).
    Many thanks, I will email them tomorrow. 

    Do they list their charges for no win no fee? Would it be cheaper to pay the £35 🙈

    My advice is if you use LinkedIn contact jackson yamba /contestor that way. Can be far quicker

    Tomorrow is a Bank Holiday, try Tuesday.

    If you pay the £35 that's covering their wasted court fee - paying for their error - and they can just reissue the claim.

    No it doesn't work like that 
    They make their money from the legal fees they charge the other side if they win. That's why they pick and chose the cases for strike
    If you dont get it struck out they don't make nay money
