If you pay the £35 that's covering their wasted court fee - paying for their error - and they can just reissue the claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They make their money from the legal fees they charge the other side if they win. That's why they pick and chose the cases for strike
If you dont get it struck out they don't make nay money
