Post Office ISA?

Has anyone opened one of these? As per MSE recommendation I opened one but I find it utterly baffling its the first ISA I've ever opened and I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm supposed to be doing.
There are two accounts? A holding account and another one you have to put money in the holding, is that right? And transfer into the other? I have no idea what I'm doing I opened the account initially with £100 and then later put £5000 in their via debit card the only option other than a cheque I think, anyway that was early in the week and its still only showing as £100 in an account wheres my money gone? There doesn't seem to be anyway to talk to someone I'm getting rather stressed out I'm wondering where my five grand has gone
Can someone please explain this to me like i'm a 5 year old, I never had this trouble with regular savings accounts

This poster also found the PO product, er, quirky.

PO savings have a less than good reputation for ease of use/customer service.
The problems seem to stem from the fact that you are not actually saving with them, they are just the front desk so to speak.1 -
Thanks for the replies, yeah its odd the holding account as its own % apr which is lower than the other product... very confusing. At least its showed up finally I'm going to move the money out of that into the main... I thinkGah PC decided to BSOD during the card payment... I'm going to have to wait a day or two to see whether the payment went through or not. Its almost farcicalBlessed are the geeks, for they shall inherit the Internet.0
