PCM fine at High Point Village - Hayes and Harlington

I’m helping the driver of said vehicle, they received a fine for allegedly stopping in a zone where you could not stop, for example, vehicle with the engine running being stationary for 20 seconds or so whilst someone gets out of a car…

Sent an appeal to PCM, which was denied, and have now received the first debt collector letter.

wondering what the next steps should be from here..I think the rule is ridiculous and did write a comprehensive appeal based on a similar situation to another post here in the same place (links to the posts below for reference)

Any advise would be much appreciated! I seen that the user @Coupon-Mad advise on a similar post to not pay anything and come back when a“letter of claim” is received, can I assume to follow the same advise?

Pictures of letters below with personal details blanked.

Thank you in advance :)

Yes, ignore the powerless debt collectors letters and wait for a Letter of Claim to arrive in the post and then email the LoC response template to the lawyers

Well known sc@m site near the train station

Definitely not a fine,  it was an Invoice from PCM UK LTD  ( magistrates issue fines,  but no magistrates will ever be involved in this case  )

Definitely. Complete and utter scam site, run with immediate 'extortion' within seconds/minutes, just the same as PCM did when they were clampers.

Judge these thugs by their conduct.

PCM and the BPA are IMHO no better than they were in 2009:

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
