a friend has tried to cancel aol adsl but told a £70 fee is required for the remander of the contract although she has been with them for 2 years
is the contact for 90 days on cancelation???
has anyone got round this?

Did your friend Upgrade her speed/account less than a year ago. Most ISP will start a new contract if you ask to be upgraded or change packages0
