I'm ready to change from Virgin - Opinions on 'onestream' needed

I've seen mixed reviews on onestream, WHICH don't even have it as an option when looking at comparisons. Has anyone used it recently?
We will be using it for catch up on our smart tv, Netflix and Amazon Prime films. Also our son works a couple of hours each day at home.
