My Mother-in-Law has some TSB shares that she wants to turn into cash - what is the best way to do this - meaning the best combination of VFM and simplicity?  Thanks

How old are they? Depending on their vintage TSB was either bought by Lloyds or Sabadell. 

As it was an all cash offer if Sabadell she will have been paid for them at the time. IIRC Lloyds was part cash and part shares: does she own any Lloyds shares?
