Moneybox ISA: Transfer In From Post Office

While opening an Open Access Cash ISA account with Moneybox, when it came to transferring in an ISA from the Post Office, this provider didn’t appear on the list of options. Has anybody else experienced this or similar?

Post Office ISAs are provided by OneFamily. Savings in Post Office Cash ISAs are deposited with Bank of Ireland UK.
