Having real trouble with an ISA transfer from Paragon to Shawbrook. It’s my first time arranging a transfer.
It was first rejected because I clicked “this tax year” rather than “previous tax year”; even though it was “this tax year” when I arranged it in March (but to transfer at maturity in the new tax year!). Lesson learnt.
Then rejected a second time as the NI number they hold for me didn’t match the Shawbrook one. Shawbrook’s is correct; theirs wrong - I requested a change two days ago - not heard back. Wish they’d spotted this in the first rejection.
