Toyota Finance DCA GDPR

I had 4 cars from Toyota Finance from 2012 - 2019. I contacted them regarding any potential DCA using the MSE template, they did respond and after a bit of back and forth with different pieces of information they claimed they couldn't progress my enquiry due to GDPR and required a Registered keeper details (for example, the vehicle's logbook showing your name, or a  DVLA letter). How I am supposed to have kept hold of this after changing the car? It has been almost a year since their last response. Very frustrating.

As the complaints process is suspended on DCA the timescale doesn't matter.

The FCA report has yet to be published and that will deal with GDPR deletions.  You just need to be patient.
