Hi all,
I received the Letter of Claim today. I want to dispute it, as I think I have a very good case. Shall I complete the form to that effect?0 -
I forgot to mention, can I take over the claim against my wife's car as well? I don't think that she needs the stress of going to court to defend herself (assuming that it gets that far).0
