Hi all just wanted to ask about the car finance claims I can’t remember the car registration or company names I even reached out to the DVLA and had no luck. I don’t want to lose
money to the companies who claim for you and heard that the courts were looking into reaching out to people? Is this likely to happen and can I use the template if I have no details?

And they don't have access to your personal data either.  So, they wouldn't help.

Not quite, but the FCA is currently consulting on putting in place a section 404 redress scheme.   This will require the lenders to be proactive and contact you rather than the other way around.

As the FCA is consulting on it at the moment, it is likely that it will happen.  One of the aims is to stop ambulance chasers leeching money from any compensation payments.

You don't use a template because you have nowhere to send it.
