    No DCB Legal calls are not your mandatory mediation call though they will be calling to persuade you to pay. Don't hang on, end the call and do not call them back. Your mediation appt date and info should come via post direct from the Mediation Service.

    Could you clarify...sounds like your defence has been served to DCB Legal. Did you use (and email to CNBC) the 30 paragraph defence shown in the Template defence Announcement thread?

    Hi, yes I did, I got the response saying they received it but nothing else since. And that was 18th April

    OK, so wait for developments, like the mediation letter,  email or phone call,  meanwhile ignore DCB Legal,  as mentioned in the 12 steps,  so keep following them

    Aw I have just found an email in my spam! It's from a dcb legal member saying proceeding with claim and it has a n180 questionnaire attached
