No DCB Legal calls are not your mandatory mediation call though they will be calling to persuade you to pay. Don't hang on, end the call and do not call them back. Your mediation appt date and info should come via post direct from the Mediation Service.
Could you clarify...sounds like your defence has been served to DCB Legal. Did you use (and email to CNBC) the 30 paragraph defence shown in the Template defence Announcement thread?2 -
