OK … so I am trying to help out some one caught out at this Moto

service station and would like run a few things past you ….

The date of the alleged overstay is January 2025 and was a fell asleep type.

Due to a PCN not sent (?) and / or change of address / v5 around the time no paperwork was received until 1st April 2025.

So she has been brought up to speed re debt crawlers (DCBL)…...

With Motos past record I am in two minds as to plan A , If she does plan A I presume that this is one of the cases where admitting the driver is the way to go?

I will ask her to sign up so she can give any other details as and when …...

Plan A is just a asking Moto to get the parking co to cancel as the driver fell asleep and stayed there for safety reasons - you don't need to name the driver.
