Angry with Vodafone

I have spent HOURS Tobi chat and talking to over 6 people, repeating the same problem. Groundhog Day. I an account I cannot log into, I have 2 plans and cannot see or manage one of them which expired jan 2024. I cannot get a PAC code by any means, I cannot get a low cost Basic plan as this for new customers only without losing my number. I have lost my tether and still have no solution. Stuck with Vodafone as I cannot change provider, stuck with a complaint and help system that does not help and is long winded. I even marked them zero every time and complained but no response. Arrrrghhhhh

    I know you said "I cannot get a PAC code by any means" but what actually happens if you text PAC to 65075 from the phone number with the expired plan?
