Has Tembo lost my LISA funds? Being ignored by them!

I was considering transferring an ISA to Tembo and came across this thread. I've opened a new one for this year's subscriptions with them without any issues. I did note at that time they said they had paused transfers in, except for Lifetime ISAs but now allow transfers in for either the Cash ISA or Lifetime ISA.

It's worth remembering Tembo are a mortgage broker who offer ISAs on the side, so a lot of the positive reviews are going to relate to how well they've done as a mortgage broker, rather than an ISA provider.
