Stopping MSE Cheap Energy Club E-mails

In December 2024 I stopped my recently deceased mother's e-mail account from receiving e-mails from MSE. In March/April 2025 the account received e-mails from the MSE Cheap Energy Club. When I click on the link to unsubscribe from those e-mails, I am taken to a no-longer-existing web page. Does anyone (I'm guessing in the MSE Techie Team) know how to stop the e-mail from the Cheap Energy Club - or indeed delete her account all together?

Hi @tiredoldman - we're sorry to hear of your loss, and that you've had trouble sorting things out with the Cheap Energy Club.
The Cheap Energy Club has recently moved to a new system, which I suspect has something to do with why links in previous emails don't work.
