    dcbl Ltd can be ignored but not a Letter of/before Claim from DCB Legal.

    Can someone help, I paid for parking, however, i paid for the wrong car. After contacting the parking firm and getting no where I recieved this.

    You will continue to receive letters like that, see them in NEWBIES thread as previously advised. Look out for a Letter of/before Claim giving 30 days to respond from DCB Legal.

    As you've complained to CP Plus you can now complain to BPA as CP Plus breached Private Parking Sector single Code of Practice
    Annex F.3 "Appeals where the charge should be reduced to £20 for a period of 14 days
    a) where the driver has paid the tariff but made a major keying error when registering their vehicle for example, letters wrong or missing; characters swapped; motorist entered the wrong car registration (e.g. their previous car or another vehicle from their household)".

    You'll need to attach copy of CP Plus reply to your complaint to BPA.

    Yes, you will receive 3 such letters from DCBL.

    Then 2 letters from DCB Legal.

    You should really contact your MP about CP Plus breach of the code of practice too. Your MP may already be aware of the issues with these parking firms, may even participated in the recent parking regulation debate.
