I need to cancel my business mobile phone contract I’m within the 14 days cooling off period and I am a sole trader how or can I do this

What does the contract say about any cooling off period. Being a business contract, it may not have one.

First port of call is to read that contract and see if there is a cooling off period, then follow the instructions to cancel.

If its business as in "business for a limited company", you don't get the same protections on those as you do on domestic products as you're supposed to do your due diligence on things like that before you commit on behalf of the business rather than just saying yay or nay to anybody who calls up to flog you something, so cooling off may not even be a thing.

If its business as in "self employed", as that's technically you may get some of the domestic protections.
