Yes shame given all the excellent advice on here that I did not sort it properly. They get you on overwhelm . Still I will make a formal complaint to the ceo when I find the email. And maybe they will see some light .

Yes x have learnt lesson. I saw that people kept being referred to threads so tried that route . Perhaps if I post the ceo comment somewhere else I may get help woth that.
