I sent the I will defend letter off but they have not returned another one should I send in a defence. 
I have looked through the templates . Here is what happened 
 Covid walk along river signs did not say still in use car park unkempt . I have emails saying all staff for the company were on furlough which is why it was in disarray. They won't quash the fine or answer any email or give me email of ceo of company. I paid a without prejudice extended parking ticket when the company was open even though I did not park in the carpark at that time. 
They served on 18 March. After many years of letters popla appeal was ridiculously not upheld . 
Also email addresses ?

Who did you send the I will defend letter to?

You didn't park in the car park but you "paid a without prejudice extended parking ticket" 
Do you mean a parking charge notice?

"They served on 18 March"
Who is they? What did they serve? A Court Claim?

Ok I just got this . 
I sentvthe letter on here to dcbl legal and parking eye about how I will defend etc and this is what I received today

This was the first one. 
Extended ticket bought when company was open after i had tried to get manager to quash parking fine. I explained to receptionist what it was that I had not parked this time etc and she emailed it . It is on their system

Looks like you have received a default Judgment against you because you did not submit a defence to the CNBC in Northampton by the deadline listed in the N1SDT claim pack they sent to you

I believe that you sent the LoC response to Parking Eye and to DCB Legal,  instead of following the court process 

After 19 days from the issue date they pulled the trigger for a default Judgment,  due to you not defending the claim

You must pay in full. Not instalments. You failed to defend. Didn't follow our clear guidance and sadly, you lost by default.

Personally,  I believe that you will have to pay the full amount to DCB Legal ASAP,  to avoid getting a CCJ next month 

But wait for other replies first
