This sounds like a business SIM contract, so any compensation would be in line with the contract terms. What do they say about this sort of situation?buttercup62 said:I was on smarty mobile already was happy so I decided to bring my other SIM from three net work to smarty.i tried to get a SIM from smarty and I tried to use my registered email that I had with smarty.but didn't work.i sent pac details from three net work.i wanted to keep number spoke to advisor he sent link I pressed .It confirmed the pac from three and confirmed It the number I wanted to keep.then my other SIM got turned off .a diferent sim with a dif number.this was on Friday I am self employed and can work any time but I can't as they have not got my phone on yet.so it's Monday still not on.so disappointed that I am losing money .so has not turned out for me..its about time they paid compensation for losses like other companies have too.has any one had problems like this.?1 -

To do so, you'll need to request a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from Three and then provide it to Smarty. Here's how to do it:- Get your PAC from Three: Text "PAC" to 65075 from your Three SIM card.
- Sign in to your Smarty dashboard: You can do this at smarty.co.uk/dashboard or in the SMARTY app.
- Enter your number and PAC: Navigate to "Account Settings", then "Your phone number", and follow the prompts to enter your number and PAC.
- Confirm and switch: Review the details and agree to switch your number to Smarty.
- Wait for confirmation: The transfer should be completed within one working day.

PAC number transfers don't happen at weekends. If you submitted a transfer request on Friday then It'll likely happen today.0
