I am seeking guidance on DCA complaints, can anyone help?

I've followed the Martin Lewis DCA guidance and used the tool to complain to Santander for 1 finance agreement and to motonovo for 3 finance agreements. Santander replied by email saying that my finance agreement did include a DCA and it will be investigated etc etc and I won't hear by 4th December at the earliest (of course due to the court hearing). I thought that was me set for the Santander complaint, but I recieved a letter regarding any evidence. I was hoping someone has been through this already and can guide me on the next steps that need to be taken and what evidence do I need to provide? Might be straight forward as my personal details, bank statement and agreement paperwork, but I just want to be very thorough and confident that I'm doing it right. I was going to call up, but again I don't want to make any mistakes or mess it up. Thanks in advance.

You cannot mess anything up and with the FCA now consulting on doing a Secton 404 review where you wont need to provide any documentation and the lenders will be proactive, there isnt really anything that needs doing at this stage.but I recieved a letter regarding any evidence. I was hoping someone has been through this already and can guide me on the next steps that need to be taken and what evidence do I need to provide? Its just asking you to supply evidence to back up any allegation you are making. (which could be nothing needed)
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
Okay, thanks for the advice. I was thinking that after the email I received, like surely that's all the evidence in itself. What would you recommend doing then? Send them nothing or send off evidence of my agreement paperwork etc to them?0
