DCBL notice of legal action, help!! :(

Hi! Long story short, my partner (registered named driver on my vehicle) was getting dental work done by students at our local dental hospital - he logged in on reception but we still received 3 SEPARATE PCNs from DCBL and it’s now got to the point of threatening legal action if we don’t pay £140 TODAY.
my partner recieved letters stamped from the hospital advising he was there for treatment which voids the parking fines. However, I then realised we have another outstanding PCN from this company for a separate incident (spending 8, yes 8!! Minutes in a car park and then upon finding out the price of tickets, leaving!) which is also unpaid.
I’ve read the newbies thread and did try looking through the PALS route but it’s telling me to go to my local hospital which I’m unable to do with a baby at the moment.

It’s really stressing me out. I know not to reply, but on the thread it also states to send a template letter, which one should I do? Do I ignore?
I have a picture of the letter I can upload but can’t find the option to add it. Thank you.

You should phone PALS and strongly complain, write an email to the trust if necessary ! Which hospital ?
Which Parking company is it ?
Dcbl are powerless debt collectors, ignore them
A proper LoC would come from DCB Legal or a similar legal company, giving 30 days notice
You can write a short sentence and also attach your picture, suitably redacted of course, no personal or private information but leave any dates showing1 -

Ignore dcbl, but treat it as a wake up call to complain strongly about the pcns to the trust, PALS , CEO , your local MP too, ASAP
So Parking Eye and St Davids Hospital , Cardiff, Cardiff and Vale University Health Board
From their website , https://cavuhb.nhs.wales/contact-list/general/pals-patient-advice-and-liaison-service/PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service)

Do you think that your partner typed in the wrong numberplate each time?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK do nothing unless you move house, unless you want to try this:
1. email DCB Ltd listing all the ParkingEye PCNs (dates/PCN refs) and telling them to consolidate their files into one case;
2. do the same when it gets to DCB Legal. Get them all grouped into one claim; do NOT ask for any evidence or details and do not send a SAR, you do not want the details;
3. When the Claim Form arrives, immediately contact Contestor Legal to use their no-win-no-fee Claim 'strike out application' service. Search the forum.
You can kill them all off in one go and almost certainly see ParkingEye pay CL's fee.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'd do 1, 2, 3.
I've already got a relative primed & ready to use Contestor Legal's no-win-no-fee Claim 'strike out application' service when their claim arrives.
Some claims are best strangled at birth and his is one. So is yours. But make it cheaper and easier by making them consolidate the PCNs into one claim. Then take that to CL to strike out.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You'll get the court claims in dribs and drabs which will double or triple the worry for you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
