A stupid question now..
I've received a letter from the court where it states that the claimant is due to pay me out £24 by 13th of November and I still didn't get this payment. When do they pay these obligations after similar cases?
i guess they should receive a letter from me now asking to pay me out £24 or I'll add on £70 more.0 -
Send the solicitors your bank details and if they don't pay by the end of the month you'll refer it back to the judge to get a warrant to send bailiffs in to their client's offices.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
