Thank you for this, I will have this handy if it comes to an actual hearing which is scheduled for the end of October.
But I think that the last bit of your post is covered just in different wording.

"Gladstone Solicitors involved, the case is now at the stage that I have received letter from court that my Defence has been receipted, and that copy of my defence has been sent to the Claimant."

Just checking  -  did you use the defence in the following 2019 post?:-

Yes I did, as the OP's case is based on the same fact that the parking was previously free of charge.
Hopefully it's not severely outdated and if it is how does it reflect on the facts and flaws from the claimant presented in my WS?

I like your WS so much that I have stored it to use as an example!

Sorry for the double post as editing doesn't show as a new post at front.

Is there any chance I can check has the Claimant paid court fees?
The deadline for the payment was on 02.10
    2025.
I have submitted my witness statement on 06.10
2025 (the deadline was on 09.10.2025)

You would have to call the court where the hearing is due to take place.

    So,

Gladstones sent a Supplemental Witness Statement.

The deadline for the witness statement set by the court was on 9th of October 16:00h.

I have sent mine on 6th of October to both Court and Gladstones in the evening hours.

Their supplemental witness statement is dated as 8th of October but the cover letter is dated 13th and the stamp on the envelope says 13th October.

Suplemental witness statement has been signed by a solicitor this time, (is it needed to name the solicitor here?)

I would like your opinion on this as you experts probably know is that a usual thing and will it now in fact come up to the actual hearing?

    However,

Their new witness statement is just strengthening my position as the entire document is literally their childish way of playing with words while trying to dispute me, but they cannot change the facts while generally showing a misunderstanding of the law.

On the top of all, they didn't address my point of Locus standi which should be the first thing on their mind to prove me wrong as it affects their legal position to even be there in the Court.

I can attach their WS if that's allowed and if there's any point of doing so.

Generally I have dissected it and made points if in any case it comes to the court and by some miracle gets approved by the Judge.

    Did a Paralegal sign it?

Did they say they 'have conduct' and are acting under supervision?

No, it has been "conducted" and signed by a Solicitor who claims that has personally supervised the paralegal who conducted and signed the original WS.
