Letter of Claim Moorside Legal (Gateway House)
Comments

So it's now five months since I had a response from Moorside to my questions and I have not received any further communication and I have not made any payment.
Can I assume they have now dropped the case or do they still have time to make a formal claim in court?

Assume nothing at all, they are playing the long game and it's only halftime
The claimant has 6 years to start legal proceedings, 3 years is nothing, just the halfway point
This Smart Parking case is over 5 years old, hence their urgency
