One parking solution LTD fine £170 for 4 minute stay

If so, you must tell OPS and their pet dogs to ERASE the old address they got from the DVLA.

So, re the 'scam' PCN, you were only there 4 minutes all told? Please show the photos & times from the OPS 'evidence' but cover the VRM.

Did you know CCTV was filming your car?  You left immediately?

Lastly please change your thread title to remove that phrase 'next steps' (which we hate...there aren't any 'steps'). Instead just give the thread a title with more longevity, saying which scammer is writing to you.

ok thank you for the advice ive ammended the title and hopefully the new description is much better. Yes I was there roughly 4 minutes all together I will attach the evidence they have below that show this. I was there for a few minutes and then a person informed me that it was a pay by app parking (you can see them pointing at it in one of the pictures) and once i realised that and I had no signal i left the car park. the entrance into the car park was 10:44:09 and when i paid on my receipt in the app shows 11:00 but without the seconds but i guess technically i may have been within the 15 minute grace period if i paid between 11:00:00 and 11:00:09? i'm not sure if that rule is the case though at this parking place and i also have no way of knowing as the app doesnt tell me the exact second.

Look how their CCTV illegally films across an entire public highway and into the car park and premises opposite!

OPS do this all the time.

In your case, signage was so poor (...facing the CAMERA!) that it took a pedestrian to tell you about it and you left within minutes when you couldn't download the app. You gained no amenity from the location and left without accepting a contract but there's no appeal worth trying with any IPC firm.

The MHCLG must crack down in covert (lurking and hidden CCTV cameras placed unnoticed and several metres away) illegal surveillance.

This is in breach of the DPA & UKGDPR 2018.

yeah it is very dodgy behaviour i agree. I'll save these points and keep an eye on the post until i receive some court related papers, thanks for the help i really appreciate it.

Hi mate, ive recieved a new letter now, it says that because i ignored their letter, theyre now passing my case to "GCTT certificated enforcement agents unless i contact them in 7 days" what should i do now?

I'm a lady from not a million miles away from that site. Anyway you seem to have missed that GCTT are in fact still ZZPS.

Nothing about the advice you already had has changed.

oh sorry about that, oh ok wow i did not not know that, so i just continue waiting till i recieve a letter of court or court claim right? thanks again for the help

as a very simple check scammers /fake bailiffs / doggy solicitors  all say 15 days , LOC LBC would give 30 days .....

Hi again, I've recieved yet another letter now that says "warning notice of transfer to solicitors", it says the case has been transffered to GCTT certified enforcement agents and that they are intending to pursue the matter through courts, I can just keep this letter and continue ignoring for now right?
