One parking solution LTD fine £170 for 4 minute stay

Hi all, i'm really looking for some advice on a fine I received. To give some background I have received a parking ticket from ONE PARKING SOLUTION LTD but, either because they didn't send them or i missed them, ive missed the letter for the original fine where you can appeal etc and now the first i am seeing it is a £170 parking ticket. The signage for the car park says CCTV/ANPR/Mobile enforcement in operation.
The fine contravention date is 03 febuary 2025, but I was only in the car park for 4 minutes and the pictures they have for the contravention show this too. I checked the signage and saw you needed to pay by app but i had no signal so i then left the car park, as i said this was all within 4-5 minutes only. Once i had signal i did actually pay for an hour parking anyway as a precaution but this was around 20-25 minutes later I think no more than 40 or so but probably 20-25 minutes later. I have the statement payment of the payment on the app, but Ive passed the appeal date because either the original letters didn't reach me or somehow i have missed them.
Now the problem im having is the fine is £170 because it now includes a debt resolution charge and if i go on the website theres not even a way to appeal, i can see the pictures of my car and it says "missed appeal date" but i've got no way of fighting my case theres just a "pay now" button and thats it, can anyone help me with what im supposed to do now to fight my case or if i even can?

Its not a fine, its an invoice, a private parking charge notice from a private parking company, OPS
The latest letters are from powerless debt collectors, ignore them, as it tells you to do in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum, post 4
Too late to appeal it to OPS if the debt collectors letters are arriving, so too late to appeal it
Come back to this thread if you receive a Letter of Claim or a Court claim against you within the next 6 years
Inform the DPO at OPS if you move in the meantime
Ensure that your V5c log book is up to date, because missing letters is usually due to the registered keeper not updating the dvla database plus v5c promptly ( even if you have done the driving licence )2 -

Next after reading that, where was this car park?

I just have to wait 6 years and hope they dont pursue it?You have an invoice from a bunch of scamming chancers the appeal set up is just a way of making it look fair and to copy real parking ticket procedures to get unsuspecting targets sucked in.You don't get an appeal for a plumber's invoice if you don't agree with it.Follow the advice on here, they wouldn't have accepted it any way.3

No just ignore OPS and come back only when you get a LBC. See the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.
However, is the reason you didn't get the PCN & reminder because you haven't updated the address on your V5C logbook, same as umpteen zillion posters we see who forget to do that?
If so, you must tell OPS and their pet dogs to ERASE the old address they got from the DVLA.
So, re the 'scam' PCN, you were only there 4 minutes all told? Please show the photos & times from the OPS 'evidence' but cover the VRM.
Did you know CCTV was filming your car? You left immediately?
Lastly please change your thread title to remove that phrase 'next steps' (which we hate...there aren't any 'steps'). Instead just give the thread a title with more longevity, saying which scammer is writing to you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Have you checked the date and time stamps on the photos - for instance the two before the image before the sign seem to have the same date & time to the exact second but the person by the car is in two different positions.

OPS do this all the time.
In your case, signage was so poor (...facing the CAMERA!) that it took a pedestrian to tell you about it and you left within minutes when you couldn't download the app. You gained no amenity from the location and left without accepting a contract but there's no appeal worth trying with any IPC firm.
The MHCLG must crack down in covert (lurking and hidden CCTV cameras placed unnoticed and several metres away) illegal surveillance.
This is in breach of the DPA & UKGDPR 2018.
