Errrm but we win every single appeal that it's possible to win AND we do court defences and win those too. He's an ex clamper who has no idea how to think outside his very limited 'appeal' box or do defences.

    We also do this free.

Do not pay Tony Taylor money to try a pointless appeal that WILL NOT WORK with an IPC firm.  There's no point. This is not the stage to win the case. Court claim will be.

Because he doesn't know what he's doing but he knows there's no appeal worth trying.

These cases are seen off once people defend a Claim form and he doesn't do that either! But we do.

To give an update on this. We received several letters from a debt collection agency, demanding £170 and each one getting more demanding in tone, from pay debt to going to discuss if solicitors involved to recommending solicitors pursue the case. I also got texts from debt collector in a similar vein. One read SOLICITORS INVOLVED: Contact debt collection agency.  I contacted my MP to complain about this text and its intimidating nature and the fact the only way the debt collection got the number was from parking company through the appeal process. I also sent the MP  a photo of the space which showed the fact the hedge severely encroached what was already a small space.

The MPs office discussed the case with me, I sent all correspondence and the office sent letters to the debt company and parking company.
The debt company said they were going to pursue it but the parking company have cancelled as a gesture of goodwill. They said that gdpr wasn’t violated as I’d given the phone number as part of the appeals process, but I certainly didn’t give permission for them to use it or allow anyone else to use it, and it may have been a requirement of the appeals process to give a number as I wouldn’t have voluntarily.  Thank you for the robust support of this group, it helped reassure me and strengthen my resolve.
