ISA Transfer Question

Hi there,
I would very much appreciate your input in relation to transferring ISAs.
today I set up an ISA with Trading212 and used the whole isa allowance. I wanted to merge into this my ISAs from the last few years with Zopa and Plum.
When starting the transfer request, I saw the following prompt and wasn’t sure whether to tick current year and previous tax year.
any guidance would be much appreciated.
