i just sent in by recorded mail for cancellation. lets see what happens. if not have to do the other way as suggested by Alared, by the way how to use auto dialling?
ta0 -
You`ll need to search google for a free auto dialer program.
It`s a dialer box that you set to automatically dial the ISP when they cut you off after 2 hours or whenever the connection is lost.
Apparently some ex-F4 members had been using an auto dialer and F4 cancelled their contract!
They had it set to virtually keep dialing around the clock.0 -
Well I've just changed my DD to my bank (was on CC) on Alared's advice, BUT went on to their main site and looked at FAQ's and No. 4 says that dial-up accounts can be cancelled by using a ticket on the secure member's area. Don't know if the 28 days notice applies as it does say it is immediate by this method. ADSL customers have to give 28 days notice. There is a minimum 3 month's contract for all new customers.
I am seriously looking at the latest E7even offer, £10 per month for 2Mb unlimited!
It is to celebrate winning the 2012 Olympics. Of course it is 1 year up front
but seems a cracking good offer."0844 COSTS YOU MORE"0 -
About cancelling F4,I can only repeat what I said I did last Dec!
Theloft
The E7 offer is STILL £10 a month for 2 year contract upfront.
If you want a 1 year there`s a £50 connection fee.0 -
