Not necessarily.
Items such as computers are not priced on a "bottom-up" basis to make a fair profit but are priced to the maximum the market will bear.
It is quite possible that manufacturers will see the turbulence and use it as an excuse to drive the prices up, whether in USA or RoW.

Dear Leader keeps changing his mind every 5 minutes, there's no guarantee that by the time I've finished this he won't have decided to stick the tariffs back on.

I am surprised that people still look at all-in-one computers. So many people are asking if they can buy a new Mac and use the screen from the last iMac. Not easily. Just throw the whole lot in landfill and buy a new one.
