Hi, I've now completed the AOS on MCOL as advised, thanks. What would be the next stage here ?
So its Parking Eye via dcb legal,  issue date of 21 March, AOS done today,  12th April,  deadline date is probably  4pm on 23rd April for the emailed defence submission

    Hi,

So, as advised I completed the AOS on MCOL yesterday and that's now all done. What is the next step please or do I need to wait to hear from them?

    Thanks.

All the steps  ( 12  ) are in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum,  above this thread, check the first 2 posts.  also study the second post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements too

Your next step is step 1 of 12, so many more to go

Check your private message from troublemaker22 as well

Defence is your next task, the first few steps, to be submitted by email to the claim responses email address at the CNBC in Northampton within the next 10 days

Ok, so there is a template I can use with some minor adaptions? The defence has to be submitted within 10 days, I thought it was 28?

The deadline date is 4pm, 33 days after the issue date,  65 + 14 + 14 = 33, your claim form explains it, you were already past the AOS deadline of 19 days after the issue date when the AOS was done online

    Dont mess it up now

    Good morning,

I just want to check, I have sent my defence across to said email address and received acknowledgment that they have received it. This was over a week ago now and I haven't received any questionnaires. Will both of these questionnaires come through via email and should any communication on a decision of the outcome also be received via email?

    Thanks.

Read the newbies guide. N180 form could come in next week. It could come in next 10 months
No it will be through the post and again your last point read the newbies guide.

I'm surprised you are asking already. Doesn't the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread still say this can take 2 months?

and should any communication on a decision of the outcome also be received via email?
    I'm even more confused now!

You don't get anything by email from the courts (all by post) and of course a judge doesn't just decide an 'outcome' based on your defence alone. Defence was not your only job.

I think you need to re-read:

    - the Template Defence 'first 12 steps'

    and

    - The Newbies thread second post: specifically the MASSIVE RED CAPITALS heading cunningly called: 'IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN'
