Urgent please - Are Entitled-to and Turn2us reliable please ?

Hi, I've posted a similar query already but in the wrong place, sorry, so I'm asking it again here (much simplified..) 

 My query is, please, Can I trust Entitled-to ? And can I trust Turn2us ?

 They are both recommended by the government so I would hope so. But I don't want to make any mistakes or it'd maybe wreck my friend's life. So I need to be sure.

 Can people here give me your opinions etc please or/and point me toward any organisation who can quickly give me advice ? (So far, no organisations want to give me their own advice, they just push me towards Entitled to.)
