DCB Legal proceeding with their claim

Long story short...
- I attended doctor's surgery for appointment in March 2022 (I have evidence of appointment on the surgery letter headed paper)
- Was my first time attending the surgery after new parking camera system was installed, and the signage in and around the surgery was obviously not sufficient to prompt me to enter my registration details, as I would have done so
- PCN received and appealed since that time
- Completed and submitted defence statement as per the Newbies thread. HOWEVER, I didn't include a copy of my doctor's appointment as evidence in my defence statement, I just referred to it as I have sent it to DCB on at least one occasion previously in an attempt to get them to drop the case. Will this have any bearing on the hearing?
We received an email from DCB on 9th April informing us that they have reviewed my defence and they are continuing with the claim.
Does this mean that I am now likely to attend court?

No evidence is submitted with the defence, so no problems there
No it won't affect the hearing, if it gets to a hearing ( unlikely, probably be discontinued later this year )
You get to submit evidence with your Witness Statement plus Exhibits bundle in several months time, which is the correct submission point for it
No it doesn't, several hurdles between the parties and any future court hearing, if it ever happens
They always say that, in every case, so keep following the 12 steps in the defence template thread, first 2 posts, it's no biggie, just standard
Expect a discontinuance near the court fee deadline date in a few months time, like in the 510 plus thread by member Umkomaas1
