I have a bond with Cynergy bank from last year.  I was going to open another one but cant get in to my account.  I've recently got a new phone so I need to register the Authenticator app again.  So I have to do this on Online Banking and follow the instructions.  However!  I cant get into. my account - it says there is no record of my account.  Their phones are extremely busy, they say.  And also an text with a code can take hours.  Anyone know what's going on?

I tried to get hold of Cynergy recently with account access issues. I opted for the callback option expecting that they'd respond within a couple of hours. 38 hours later I got a call!

I had a similar issue yesterday. Called Cynergy CS who answered the phone relatively swiftly and sorted my access within minutes. Required text arrived within 20 seconds. The lovely Cynergy lady offered to hang on until I could confirm that the login was working fine. She also set me up with a phone PIN to avoid lenghty ID verification on future calls. Ace support. 

You need your Cynergy userid handy, and having the Cynergy authenticator installed helps, too.
