Received a letter from HM Courts & Tribunals Service on 21/05/2025, confirming they have received my defense. It said the claimant must contact the court with 28 days after receiving a copy of my defence.
Will see.1 -
All as per the usual procedure; what you don't know is when the CNBC sent heo defence and when the claimant received it, so you don't when to start counting from.2
