    Received a letter from HM Courts & Tribunals Service on 21/05/2025, confirming they have received my defense.  It said the claimant must contact the court with 28 days after receiving a copy of my defence.

    Will see.

    All as per the usual procedure; what you don't know is when the CNBC sent heo defence and when the claimant received it, so you don't when to start counting from.

    Received a letter from DCB legal, saying they are instructed to proceed with the claim.

    Will ignore till receiving the directions questionnaires from the court.

    Received a letter from county court regarding the direction questionnaires today. Will fill in in the coming week.

    Received a letter from my local court stating the case will be held on 15 Oct, provided the Claimant pays the £27 court trial fee  by 17 Sept.

    Shall I wait till 18 Sept to start to draft my WS in case DCBL discounts my case?
